ditto on the Goodwill.  The Kaimuki one is great, and I've found a bunch of really cool kid's shirts (that I turn into running shirts) at the Beretania store.

Ah, this is so great that I had to make it.  I used notecards instead of pages, but I stole your idea to make a duct tape cover.

Question though: The 3/4" binder clips that I'm using to hold it together let the pages slide around too much.  Does anyone have any suggestions for holding the pages together that would still let the planner lay flat, and (bonus) let me add and remove pages?
