So I never got my package from my partner and was feeling a bit sad... then fadeawaydream found pretty much the most amazing Swap angel in the world for me!! So sorry to dig up this old thread but StephanieAz03 deserves MAJOR props (I hope she posts Bear in his own thread because he is awe inspiring!). Stephanie, thank you so much, this package made my month! I love it all soo much more than my silly words encompass! What a wonderful blessing!
Without further ado... My book was Sarah's Bear by Koci
Some great hair clips (I'm a hair jewelry collector!)

A t-shirt that is just the right size! (First pic is close up of the patch on the front and second pic shows StephanieAz03 amazing embroidery work!) That quote almost makes me cry it is so cute!

And then the most amazing thing I have ever gotten in a Swap EVER! Bear...

See Bear had a terrible adventure and lost his ears in the book... StephanieAz03 captured him perfectly, I love him so much!
And a group shot...

They actually eat Otter pops at one part so StephanieAz03 sent some of and it was all in an otter pops box!
It's a wonderful book and an amazing package! I hope you guys all give StephanieAz03 amazing comments for her serious skills!
Thank you so much StephanieAz03! I couldn't have dreamt of a better package!

6  Super sweet squirt gun lamp in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by iScreamedMyselfHoarse on: May 02, 2006 11:28:48 AM
So I got this idea a while back in ReadyMade and around Christmas time I got a lamp kit on sale at Hobby Lobby... soo when I found out that my partener in the crafty Detective swap liked gun themed things I sprung on the oppertunity to make this lamp! I used the lamp kit, two cheap toy squirt guns, a wooden dowel and wooden square, and tons of hot glue and spray paint!

I hollowed the guns out with my dad's drill and cracked them open down one side to run the dowel and cord through... then super glued them and clamped them until they dried...
I wanted to stencil a sweet gun shade so I bought a plain white one at Wal-mart and attempted my first spray paint stencil... it came out a bit blury... anyway here it is; the finished lamp!

I almost kept it for myself, but alas! I'll just have to make another one!!

and my attempt of trying to photograph the stars blinking

Thank you soo much superstitch!!!

I decided to post pictures of the pony I made! I hope it got where it was going safely!
I made a Boba Fett Pony... did a hair restoration and all... I should have used different hair tho... the stuff I used was kinky and very hard to style!

And the bottom! lol

And here it is!!!

Oh I dyed it too... and couldn't quite get the head and body the same color no matter how hard I tried!

SWEET! I got my AMAZING package from BatGrrl today and nearly passed out because of its astounding greatness!

So when I uploaded this it decided that it absolutely had to cut the sides off, which bugs but you can still see all the amazing things!

Top left: The coolest laptop/messanger bag EVER! The Cheat! There is a picture of me modeling it and then a picture of the quote under the flap! My Laptop (Greg) told me that he likes his new digs very much!
Top Right(and middle): The first of the two AMAZING hoodies (I am hoodie obsessed!) that I got! An entire hoodie of Teenage Girl Squad! The picture that got cut off a bit on the far right shows the awesome screen capture patches (from my FAV TGS episode, #3) that are all over it! And it's covered with the most awesomest TGS quotes as demonstrated by the quote in the middle!
Middle and bottom right: The other of the amazing hoodies! This one is a Strong Bad hoodie! Complete with a screen capture from StrongBad's e-mail on the front, and the MOST AMAZING HOOD EVER (as seen in bottom right!) When wearing it I can intimidate anyone sneaking up behind me with Strong Bad's fearsomely handsome face!
Bottom Left: BatGrrl also Strong Badized a children's book into a rad story of destruction that Strong Bad himself would be proud of. She also sent the most awesome Homestar Journal, SERIOUSLY, and three Homestar mix CDs that are amazing (well the two I've listened to so far!) and a very thoughtful note explaining everything!
Yay this was such an amazing swap! I will not soon forget it! Thank you so much BatGrrl you are SOO GOOD!

(Modified to show that I actually did complete High school and can spell)
