1  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Father's Day / Re: Crafty Sentimental Gift for First Father's day for a dad who Waited a LONG t on: June 07, 2007 04:55:28 PM
have you ever done any work with clay???

Maybe you could make a model of your husband's favorite literary character???

What about a little baby backpack thingy (you know those things that secures the baby to you when you guys take walks??) with his name stenciled on with the words "number one dad" Huh

A handmade photo frame could also work?

Ha! I hope these aren't bad ideas! good luck!

Oh my goodness. You are absolutely amazing.

Recently, my boyfriend and I have been getting into board games (I know, we're very dorky, haha) and we play this game all the time!

You should make a personalized version of monopoly too!!!

Simply adorable. Great job.

This is one of the best projects I've ever seen! it's so kyoote!!! Smiley

I made one last night, and I made little things with velcro attached to the back, so the more things could stick to the katamari ball!!

oh man, I heart this project.

I'm so addicted to felt. I'm pulling out felt to make those shoes even as I type this.

yaaay. Thanks so much for your comments. I'm so glad that you guys like it. Smiley

Yes. I used regular white for the felt. It could be the way I stuffed it? Anyways, I think spot stitching would be such an awesome idea! Hmm. Maybe I'll do that too!!! woot.

Basically, I just cut out shapes from felt, and stitched it up together, and then stuffed it. Hmm... but if you really want a tutorial, maybe I'll think up something? This is all so new to me, but I'd be really excited to do it!!
