1  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Text on Soap on: January 29, 2008 12:19:00 PM
I'm wondering if any soapy crafsters have had success putting text onto soap.

I'm looking to create some novelty soaps with printed text on them and can't imagine what might last longer than the first wash.

In fact, if you have any ideas that will even last up until the first wash, that's a start Grin

Ta,

2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / Talk About The Swap Process / CraftSwap Newbie Questions on: January 02, 2008 01:50:00 AM
Hi there,

Have been a Craftster voyeur/lurker/lover since 2005, but have never posted.  I have kind of resolved to get more active and thought that I'd jump right into a CraftSwap, but see that there's a 15-post minimum for participation.

Wondering if this can be waived?  I've not yet made anything I felt worthy of posting and I've never wanted to overburden already-heavy strings with "w00ts!" (though I w00t internally all the time).

I reckon my cautious posting is doing me in.  Perhaps I should just give recognition to 15 of my all-time favourite posts and solve the "dilemma" Wink

Anyway, this does take care of post #1.  Hopefully I'll be joining (my very first!) CraftSwap by next month.

Go crafty!
