Lol! I cant believe ya'll actually wore all that!!

For decoration we are gonna make paper rubik's cubes and string them all around and maybe put a piece of 80's candy inside and give each student one after the presentation. We are also planning on walking into the class room doing the electric slide and after the presentation we wanna teach the class the dance..but its up to me to teach my group how to do the dance! lol!

Does anyone have any clue where i can find pix of madanna from the 80's? Im dressing like her. I found a few pix of my mom when she was sporting the modanna look so i have some idea lol!

Grin hi! Ive been lurking around and posting a few replies here and there but this is my first topic that I started.

Ok so, im in high school and for American History the teacher made us break into groups to research the decade we were assigned. The groups will each get a 45 minute class period to decorate and present to the class in any fun creative way we can. We'll get to use one of the empty class rooms to set up and the teacher said that she wants to feel like she is walking into that decade...

Well my group called the 1980's from the momen she mentioned the project so thats the one we have to present. Now my teacher LOVES creativity! The more the better so i was wondering if anyone has any  ideas on things my group and i can do to make our presentation the best she has ever seen!? lol!

Any fun yet cheap or easy to make decorations we can do? or 80's clothing tutorials (aka leg warmers!!! as well as stuff for the guys?)

or any REALLLLLYY easy/quick things we can give to the students to make with instructions...ok thats confusing.. I mean like for example giving every student a sock and buttons and showing them to make a sock puppet for example. Only we wont be making sock puppets, we would make something that represents the 1980's. (no sewing please.. Needles=weapons at my school)

So any ideas??  Huh

Thanks alot! Wink

Oh and just some random info that may or may not help... My group consists of 4 people, 2 boys and 2 girls. And there are 22 people in my class total. Maybe that can make a difference.... Cheesy.

Undecided I dont see the pix either. I really love the jellys and i wouldnt mind doing something different with them. Something that all the people in school will go crazy for. I use photobucket for all of my pictures. It has to be the best image hosting site ever! Try it! www.photobucket.com
