Ohhhhh....all right.  Smiley  I'll join if it gets going.
32  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Proud to be a Veggitarian swap on: February 02, 2006 02:31:00 AM
I'd be in, too!  Hooray for vegetarian crafting!
33  COOKING / Dessert / Re: if I made myself a castle cake... on: January 30, 2006 10:57:46 PM
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ALLASTRIONA!  Not a stalker or anything, just noticed in another post that you mentioned the birthday cake slice in your profile, so I had to go check it out.  Smiley
34  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Stenciled Donnie Darko Glass Set on: January 30, 2006 08:29:21 AM
Why haven't these gotten more attention?  Donnie Darko rocks, and so do those glasses!  How did the window clings hold up to the etching cream?  You did an awesome job making your own stencils!  For real, my detail work with an X-Acto knife always looks like it was done by a drunk adolescent baboon with an anger problem.  Hooray for you!
35  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Re: Robot shoes? How cool! *Lots of pics* on: January 29, 2006 10:59:14 PM
ROBOTS!  I love robots.  I'm usually not a hearts kind of girl, but I'm digging the hearts on the inside parts of the shoes.
36  COOKING / Dessert / Re: if I made myself a castle cake... on: January 29, 2006 10:55:45 PM
I think your castle cake is beautiful!  I don't think 22 is too old for castles.  Especially black, gothish castles with kick-ass stars in the front garden.  In fact, now I'm thinking about making a castle cake for my husband's 24th.  Smiley

Ah, and yes, it looks very "edible."
37  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / Re: Regina Spektor's 'Us' video Jacket on: January 29, 2006 01:28:09 PM
I *adore* her, and that song.

I agree with Helen; you'll probably want to find a basic suit jacket pattern, and modify it a bit.  I'm not sure of your ability level, but if you're experienced it shouldn't be a problem to extend the right side and make the collar uneven like hers.  It's a beautiful jacket - I'd love to see your results if you decide to give it a go.
38  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Completed Projects / Re: "Omaha is for lovers I don't have to love" t-shirt on: January 29, 2006 12:52:20 PM
Dude!  I'm from Omaha, too.  Smiley  I now live in a different country, but my extended family's still there.

That's an awesome stencil.  My husband's sister went to high school with hung out with Conor Oberst (of Bright Eyes).  I dig him, and Desaparecidos.  Woo for Omaha music!
39  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: reversible necklace from antique playing card tile (PICS!) on: January 24, 2006 07:13:15 AM
That is gorgeous!  I have some very strict rules about the jewelry I wear (regarding funkiness and uniqueness) and I would totally wear this!  Congrats on the awesome find.
40  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Wine Theme Swap - Signups 12/30 - 1/20 Mail by 2/15 on: January 24, 2006 12:09:51 AM
I've made something.  It looks small, but it took 6 hours to make.  Smiley  And the rest of my supplies were shipped yesterday, so they should be here next week!
