okay, i haven't posted any of my stuff on here before, but i finally figured out how!  so i've been making these tiny foundation-pieced quilt squares that are stretched on to stretcher bars like a little canvas.  i was calling them quilt paintings, but that might be a little misleading...  they're each 6" sq and 3/4" thick.  they're made of scraps of batiks & silks & such.  the last one has an origami flower folded in silk.  i guess they're a little insane, but i love making intense little things!

the books i learned this stuff from are:
"202 Little Log Cabin Blocks" by linda causee &
"Fantastic Fabric Folding" by rebecca wat
i've tried selling them a little, but they didn't do as well as the larger ones i made that had the origami flowers on them...  they still make good gifts, though!
