I really love the birds too, but the Welcome is so cool with the beading (and the little frogs). Those will make wonderful, thoughtful gifts.

I like the idea of embroidering a pair of jeans bit by bit until they have lots of embroidered images on them. Haven't done it, but it's in my plans...

I picked my new copy up from the library about a week ago. There are some really fun patterns I want to work on--especially the Chinese lanterns. I'll definitely be tracing the pics since it's a library copy. I put it on my wishlist at amazon after seeing it though because I want one for myself!
