12  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Microwave popcorn without the bag! on: January 27, 2012 05:00:15 PM
Love this idea!! Trying it later. And my husband said to tell the brown paper bag people that microwaving those releases stuff from the glues used to seal it.... Oh and I'm trying it with a plate as a lid as I don't have a glass lidded bowl... So excited!!
13  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: "Steamed" Octopus on: January 20, 2012 08:21:06 PM
EFFing AWESOME! OMG I saw the thumbnail and thought "nice machine design" no way did I think that was by HAND. I can't do satin stitch if my steampipes depended on it. Really gorgeous...from color choice, design and well done execution....you are a goddess!

15  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Latest News / Re: 4/1/11: Big News in Craftsterland! on: April 01, 2011 01:08:25 PM
My husband suggested that all items available (sink, toilet paper, refrigerators) should be handcrafted if you really want to "keep it real"...

He even had the idea for a paper-maiche toilet that used a dehydrated water system...
16  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: blythe ahoy! little nautical sweater on: February 09, 2011 01:02:20 PM
Freaking awesome! I have knit for my Blythes and know that that is some fiddly work...I can't imagine doing colorwork too! I won't even tackle that in big sweaters!! Nice...I for one would LOVE the pattern!!!

Gorgeous! (and pretty girls too!!)
17  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: Yarn Ball Holder...? (sorry about the two mondo pictures) on: January 30, 2011 05:15:34 PM
to solve the weight issue, you could put a ziploc bag of rice or beans to keep it in place?

Or even just some marbles!
18  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Boy's Hipster Ska Pants on: January 15, 2011 01:39:07 PM
As a new first time mommy of a two month old boy, I am absolutely jealous!!! Want want want! Those are just too too cute and so funky for a little man!! I am continually disappointed about the funkiness of baby boys clothes! Way to show em how its done!!!

Been out of town...but upon seeing that pie I had to comment!!

Too freaking CUTE!! Lime is my favorite color, scent and flavor (weird huh?) so I would definitely arm-wrassle ya for that tasty bite! Love the use of braiding as icing....looks good enough to eat!!!!

Nice job Blue...both as an organizer and a crafter!!!
