Yes!  Sewing on the tape did make my needle all sticky and gross.  It was quite frustrating.  I had to keep cleaning the needle off.  i just put a little goo-gone on a paper towel and dabbed it avery few minutes.  I wish there was a way that my needle wouldn't get sticky in the first place though! Huh

I was bored and needed a new wallet.  being a poor college kid...I chose to improvise with some left over catalogs i had.  But, I got my sewing machine involved and had a good time with it.
I cut these images out of a catalog...Delias.. and covered them with tape
Then I sewed little designs on them all:

Then I sewed the pieces all together

194  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: iPod Cozies on: October 23, 2005 05:56:08 PM
I made some of these for my friends and myself too!  I crocheted mine though.  It pretty much would look the same in pictures.  I like it crocheted because you can stick your head phone jack through the holes on the crocheted cozie.

That hoodie is so sweet.  I tried to make a sweater out of a fun shirt i found at goodwill but i butchered it!  I'm waiting to become a little more experienced in my sewing and i think i'll try again later.
