1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / My first pair of shorts ♥ on: February 14, 2010 06:28:38 PM
Haven't posted anything here in a very long time...

Anywho, I finally finished a pair of shorts that I had been working on for a while. Their made out of medium weight denim in a sort of dark smoky color, that I purchased from a thrift store. I finished the seams of the edges and pockets with decorative stitches in light gray. Sorry about the crappy photos I had to take them myself with a phone cam.

2  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Valentine Soaps ;) on: February 06, 2010 07:48:44 PM
Here are some valentine soaps I made recently. They make perfect valentines to give out! There both shea butter sugar scrub soaps, I added vitamin e to help combat winter dryness. The red is decorated with red sugar and pink cupcake scented and the white is decorated with white sugar and has a natural vanilla peppermint scent. Both smell very yummy and work great for getting rid of winter dryness and dead skin.

3  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Aloe & Green tea Goatmilk bars on: April 03, 2009 04:12:14 PM
Here are some Aloe & Green tea bars I made yesterday. I used my own fresh homegrown aloe that I'm so very proud of. They are fragrance and coloring free and very gentle and moisturizing on the skin. They're kind of boring, though...

4  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Goatmilk and Coffee Soap Bars on: March 28, 2009 05:48:19 PM
Here are some Goatmilk and coffee bars I made. They are naturally colored by the coffee and have ground coffee beans inside of them for exfoliation. They smell so good! They're coffee and french vanilla scented.

5  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Goatmilk & Sugar Bars on: March 24, 2009 02:13:18 PM
Haven't posted in a while, so I decided to post some sugar scrub bars I made. I got a new fragrance oil and couldn't wait to use it so I made these last night. Theres organic sugar inside of them and brown sugar on top. They are 'dreamsicle' scented. Smells sooooo good! Reminds me of childhood.

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Orange Keyhole top on: July 12, 2007 01:27:57 PM
I whipped this top up real quick and thought I'd post it real quick. Sad thing is it doesn't even fit so I will have to give it away. The picture doesn't do it justice but my camera went out so these will have to do. Thanks in advance for any comments. Wink

7  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Leapard print sweater on: March 23, 2007 08:02:17 PM
I got some cool stretchy leopard rembrants and figured my little guy needed a sweater. Black jersey scraps for ribbing. Results:

Sorry for the small pics. But he did strike some cute little poses for everyone. Cheesy
8  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Sequin wallets: Cherries and a Rainbow on: July 24, 2006 01:28:32 PM
I was inspired by this post to try my hand at felt:

So I made these two little wallets. The sequin motifs were done by hand. The inside has a bill pocket and two credit card compartments. I kept the rainbow one and decided to sell the Cherries one. I have tons of sequins left so I definatly will be making more.

9  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Leopard Print clutch/wallet on: June 18, 2006 10:31:40 AM
I made this wallet/clutch to sell on my etsy shop. It has two pockets, one for money, one for other essentials, as well as three credit card holders, and a small pocket for a key, or something of that sort.

10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Wire Wrapped Stitch Markers on: June 07, 2006 01:20:29 PM
I was playing around with some beads and wire and came up with the design for these stitch markers. There better looking in person. I was too lazy to take a picture, so I just scanned them, which was a bad idea because the picture distorts their color. My favorite one is the one with the tear-drop shaped bead.
