1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: My first pair of shorts ♥ on: February 15, 2010 06:07:33 AM
Thanks! -I used a pair I already owned and ripped the seams apart with a seam ripper, to use as a pattern. I've tried making them on the whim with no pattern or anything and the pocket, belt loop, button, zipper placement is always off.

Haven't posted anything here in a very long time...

Anywho, I finally finished a pair of shorts that I had been working on for a while. Their made out of medium weight denim in a sort of dark smoky color, that I purchased from a thrift store. I finished the seams of the edges and pockets with decorative stitches in light gray. Sorry about the crappy photos I had to take them myself with a phone cam.

3  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Valentine Soaps ;) on: February 06, 2010 07:48:44 PM
Here are some valentine soaps I made recently. They make perfect valentines to give out! There both shea butter sugar scrub soaps, I added vitamin e to help combat winter dryness. The red is decorated with red sugar and pink cupcake scented and the white is decorated with white sugar and has a natural vanilla peppermint scent. Both smell very yummy and work great for getting rid of winter dryness and dead skin.

4  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Aloe & Green tea Goatmilk bars on: April 03, 2009 04:12:14 PM
Here are some Aloe & Green tea bars I made yesterday. I used my own fresh homegrown aloe that I'm so very proud of. They are fragrance and coloring free and very gentle and moisturizing on the skin. They're kind of boring, though...

mmmm...these look so good! I love using skin products that have chocolate.
6  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Goatmilk and Coffee Soap Bars on: March 28, 2009 05:48:19 PM
Here are some Goatmilk and coffee bars I made. They are naturally colored by the coffee and have ground coffee beans inside of them for exfoliation. They smell so good! They're coffee and french vanilla scented.

7  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Goatmilk & Sugar Bars on: March 24, 2009 02:13:18 PM
Haven't posted in a while, so I decided to post some sugar scrub bars I made. I got a new fragrance oil and couldn't wait to use it so I made these last night. Theres organic sugar inside of them and brown sugar on top. They are 'dreamsicle' scented. Smells sooooo good! Reminds me of childhood.

9  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: The "please dont hate me for taking so long" -THE TOVI CURLS -*TUTORIA*L po on: July 12, 2007 07:12:28 PM
Garnier makes this stuff called Soft Curl Cream, that works really well. In case anyone is still looking for a cream. Since I've been growing the chemicals out of my hair, I've been using it on my naturally curly hair. It dries with a good hold but nice and soft.

Thanks. I just winged it. I had drew the design up earlier but just never made it.
