Oh wow, they are amazing. I second the notion of you two opening a shop (or at least an Etsyshop), they would totally sell in seconds.

I really need to take my felting skills to an higher level, I NEED to make anything half as awesome as this.

I have no words for how awesome you are. Only sad that I can only press "This rocks" once.
4  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Double Knit Scarf...FINISHED on: March 06, 2008 03:51:04 AM
Miss Morwen - It's not that tricky once you get the hang of it, knittinghelp.com have a tut too. Smiley

Yeah, so I've been told, but that isn't my problem - my problem is the amount of time it takes. I'm far too used to being a fast knitter to want to slow down as much as I've been told double knitting does. Cheesy Have heard more than one say that it takes longer than Fair Isle knitting.

Oh damn, now I have to make myself a pair of these too.  Grin

They are just too cute.
6  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Heavily Modified Carie Cropped Cardigan (Fitted Knits) on: March 04, 2008 02:47:27 AM
That is really cute. It fits you really well and the colours of the yarn is wonderful.

It's funny how much of a difference the fit makes to this sweater. When I first saw this sweater in Knitty I didn't like it. It looked frumpy and old fashioned. But on you it's so cute I can't believe it's the same sweater.
8  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: PENIS scarf?! pg-13? on: March 04, 2008 02:38:28 AM
As if making a penis scarf wouldn't be hillarious enought on its own, you just had to add details like semen and pubes.

Thank you so much for making me choke on my tea from laughing...  Grin
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Double Knit Scarf...FINISHED on: March 04, 2008 02:34:18 AM
Oh that is just too cute. Now I want to try double knitting too. Cheesy

First off I have to say that I'm so impressed at how quickly you finished the skirt.

And secondly: How cute is that skirt on you! The fit, the lenght, the design = Just perfect. And the action shots? So much happiness.  Cheesy
