506  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Balloon Dress on: September 14, 2005 09:39:34 PM
I have a lot of hobbies. One is making balloon animals. So i bought a TON of balloons like 200 or so. and when its about 2 in the morning and you are bored and tired, your mind does crazy things. lol

It's not something you can take off, go hang in the closet and put back on. I had to make it on my body and take it apart to get off. But the idea was cool. Maybe someday I'll try a removiable version. Cheesy

510  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Rainbow Bright costume! (First post, 4 pictures) on: September 14, 2005 08:27:13 PM
Well this is my first post here, i have been looking around all day and this place is amazing. It inspires me like crazy. I thought I'd share my last years halloween costume. Rainbow Bright.

Let me tell you there is no pattern anywhere for this costume. I had to just sit down with some farbic and try and make something. And I am pretty proud of it! Cheesy

Not great pictures, but I think you get the idea! Tell me what you think!!

I used just regular cotton fabrid for the arms and legs and suspenders. and use batting in the arms and legs. then i wore a blue turtleneck underneath and brought down the neckline. I use felt for the stars and rainbow. And i made shoe covers to look like her shoes.
