11  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / What's Lime Green with Black Spots? on: September 11, 2006 03:01:26 PM

12  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / My Very First...... on: September 09, 2006 06:07:34 AM
I have been so inspired by all the awesome work here so I thought I would try my hand at stenciling.  This is my very first stenciling project ever.  I got the stencil from stencilry.org

I think I made it harder on myself than I should have.  I ended up with a little round stencil as all the white paper was cut away.  I then came up with my own way to outline....it was hard and very intricate.  How could I have left a majority of the white paper so it would have been easier to handle?

Any Comments are appreciated.  Do you think it needs more?  The back side is plain.  I was thinking of doing a bat on the other side.  Maybe something else along with the pumpkin?

15  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Mosaic Picture Frame on: July 22, 2006 08:32:58 PM
I made this Mosaic Picture Frame using Stained Glass and Handpainted Glass Gems.   It fits a 4x6" Picture.  Purple is my Favorite Color so I went all out with the purple.

16  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Something with Autumn in Mind on: July 12, 2006 01:19:04 PM
I tried to use colors in this Fused Glass Pendant that would bring thoughts of Autumn....Does it remind you of Autumn?

17  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Something New from the Glass Shack! on: July 09, 2006 04:06:59 PM
A Fused Glass Pendant.  I was unsure of the color combo but it turned out nice.  I used a Turquois Art Glass Base and layered Red and Dichroic Glass for this pendant.

18  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Chunky is Good on: July 01, 2006 03:25:02 PM

19  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / It's a Mini Lightcatcher Ya'all on: July 01, 2006 01:27:54 PM
Here's something I put together today - It's a Mini Lightcatcher.  Let me know what you think and what color combos would be nice...thanks!

20  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Stained Glass Mosaic Candle Tray on: June 25, 2006 02:12:25 PM
Measures 5"x5" square.  I used Van Gogh Stained Glass.  I suppose you could use this little tray for anything but a candle would be nice because the light of the flame would flicker off the glass.
