So I've kind of neglected my crocheting since I've been busy sewing, but here's my latest hookin project:

Eskimo (Inuit) Doll....

For the background I used a couple of yards of knit fabric...will definately be used to make a top of some sort soon

only thing im not crazy about is the wire can be seen from her feet but i was really happy how she turned out otherwise!

EDIT: some people were asking about the eyes and how i stood up the flowers
-the eyes are safety eyes with backings, size 6mm
-i used floral wire to stand up the flowers

This clock is nice since it lacks the ability to produce the much hated "wake up ring".

I've been writing a pattern for a flapper.  Makes me think of the movie "Chicago".  This is my practice doll...I'm hoping for your input:

My dad is a huge fan of the show Mythbusters, and I wanted to make him a unique X-mas gift and this is what happened: 

The Duo:

Jamie Hyneman with his baret and walrus mustache:

Adam Savage with the show's logo on his shirt.

All crocheted amigurumi style based on a pattern designed by anapaulaoli (modified slightly).  I was also thinking of makin their dummy "Buster" to complete the set..hmm..

I thought this dress i made kinda looked like something my mom would have worn in the 70's.
i picked kind of a weird material pattern combo....but it fits my own weirdness.
