1  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / waldorf inspired dolls on: February 28, 2010 11:46:11 AM
I never normally give posts to my crafts. *shrugs* i just never think them worthy of a whole post. But i am sat here winding down from my daughters 5th birthday, and thought i might as well show her doll off.
I will hopefully get some better pics soon, and likely add some of my other Waldorf inspired dolls to this post.

She has had a few names so far today including Ella, flower and heart. Leyonce is very creative and will likely come up with lots of names before she sticks with the perfect creation.
Including the mass of her hair, which is a crochet cap wig and styleable, she is about 20 inches tall.

This one is my sons doll that i made him for his 6th birthday last month, he is a couple of inches smaller, and his hair is great to play with Smiley

Hope you like Smiley
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / looking for a pattern on: January 23, 2010 01:38:16 PM
Back when i first started crocheting more than just rectangles, i made this

(looking well loved!!)

I am almost positive is was from a pattern here on craftster, but my book mark was on an old computer that has long died. I have tried doing craftster searches, but found nothing. Does anybody recognize the bear and it's pattern, and have a link to it?? My children now years on, what more of these.

Thank you, Nat
3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Book bag on: January 20, 2008 05:03:40 AM

My daughter wanted a new book bag for library trips. This one was made out of a duvet cover from a charity shop.

4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Blanket present on: January 20, 2008 04:59:16 AM

Blanket made for my mum. There is blood, sweat and tears in this.. i hate threading in ends!!! Taken with a flash, so appears alittle darker than it actually is.
