1  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Bird on cardi on: August 14, 2011 09:55:56 AM
I wanted to put something on clothing for myself- so I stuck with a pattern I know I felt confident  with. Got a lot of complements on it when I wore it.

Did both of them free hand without a pattern. I am really proud of the black eyed Susan. The pencil came out with some tide pens.

My son loves it-

5  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Appliqued Tree quilt with 3D leaves on: June 05, 2011 02:48:52 AM
I think the baby will like the fact that some of the leaves flop around. My son had something similar when he was a baby.

They're both gorgeous! What yarn did you use for the first one?

Its the Berreco Sueded in tri color. I was really disappointed that its discontinued because its really cool yarn.
10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / My First Wraps on: April 11, 2007 12:58:44 PM
