4  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Canadian Merchant Accounts???? What the what ????? on: November 24, 2005 07:20:48 PM
I posted this in the Canadian area but I will try here as well. I am brand new to selling my stuff on-line but really want to.
Started building a site, registering a name and everything, went to grab the paypal account and read that I need a "PSI gateway" to allow me selling in other currency.
Does n e one know what this is and can someone please explain?Huh
I thought that I could just use paypal....
I know this is a crazy question but if anyone could help me I might just give them my first born. (If he can pull himself from the ps2 I will send him)

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / new skirts from junk bin fabric on: June 22, 2004 11:59:22 AM
This is the first post of a completed project for me. The blue stripey fabric is from Wallymart 1.00 bin and the orange splash fabric I found in the art room of my son's school.
7  CANADA / Manitoba / Winnipeg on: February 14, 2004 02:56:49 PM
I didn't see any posts from Winnipeg. So I am offering my opinions if anyone is passing through. Winnipegers are very thrifty....Always looking for a bargin. I try to avoid the larger "department store" second hand places. Instead I like MCC (Mennonite Central Committee) and small Goodwill Shops. There are also a few great Churches and Family centers that opperate thier own sales and or shops.
My favorites are the ones that carry alots of mens stuff. I love making quilts from old mens T-shirts....worn in just right and warm for the cold Winnipeg nights.
Keep crafting....you are all great artists. Cheesy
