4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / tank top problems!!! on: January 15, 2007 09:26:43 AM
hey ladies and gents!
i haven't posted anything i've made in a while but well yesterday i had a little spree of inspiration and i made this tank top. after thinking i did an amazing job, when i tried it on it was tight and well not only can you see my bra but you can see boobage (minimal boobage might i add) i was wondering if you guys can help me fix this little problem.

the red part is my bra...

so yea i have an idea but i'm not sure how i would go about doing it and it would be pretty hard to do it also. and also i really don't want to take it apart because i'm pretty much in love with it! so any help would be amazing!!! i might end up just wearing a tank under it because i don't really want to touch it and ruin it.

thanks for the help! and i'd love to know what you think of the tank itself!
5  QUILTING / Quilting: Discussion and Questions / Quilting fesitvals? on: September 27, 2006 03:30:43 PM
I saw on a taxi today that there was a quilt festival in my town. I was wondering if any of you knew what went on there. i am interested to go and see what goes on but then again i don't want to be bored...

7  Texas / Texas: Coastal / St. Agnes Academy in Houston? on: August 23, 2006 09:13:07 AM
hey everyone! i was just wondering if any of my fellow craftsters were girls who went to my school! i find it unbelievable that i am the only girl that goes on this site! I was wondering if any of you go to my school so maybe we can talk about crafts and other things?! maybe we can teach each other something? (my friends aren't really into crafts and art so i can't really talk to anyone about it which sort of sucks...) sorry for all the babble!

*I hope there is someone from my school on here*

9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Just call me the sewing queen/the one women sweatshop! [extemly img heavy]part1 on: August 01, 2006 11:11:31 AM
hey guys! i haven't updated in a while... well anyways like last year i made a whole lot of clothes. when i look back on last year's summer clothes i wonder to myself what was i thinking? i think i am a way better sewer (if i do say so myself! Wink) my cousin said i should sell them but personally i don't think they are that good. if i do sell them i am probably going to have to take differant pictures! lol sorry for me being "exposed" i was too lazy to look for an undershirt. haha You'd be surprised how long it takes to put on 60 and oh yes i mean 60 shirts (well actually 2 shorts and 58 shirts). towards the end, you can probably notice how exhausted i am. I should have taken a break but i wanted to show them all, seeing as it has been my 1 year anniversary being on craftster!! so yay me!!! lol anyways I'll stop my babbling and get on to the pictures!

oh and i forgot to mention most of these (if you couldn't tell) are t-shirts, some of them i made from scratch but i was just too lazy to sort them out... i just want to thank taloola, simplyfussfree, lasandri, knottydottie, and dontlookback for all the fabric and t-shirts you have given me in swaps. they obviously came to good use! Smiley

I'm going to start from the simplest to the more difficult

long tunic

HOOTERS!! hahaha

i felt like a superhero!!

i posted this before and i decided i didn't like it. you can't tell but the grey is bordering the lilac which has pictures of hands in the form of a heart.

my boyfriend use to wear this shirt and he grew out of it. it was too big for me so i made it into something cute!

10  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / Making molds from polymer clay? on: July 06, 2006 11:59:58 AM
I really want to make molds out of clay and I found this stuff called elasticlay online but for some reason i can't buy any (when i try adding it to my cart it doesn't add anything)! so i was wondering how can i make a mold out of clay? i was hoping it would be at least slightly flexible so i don't have to ruin the design and i can just pop it out. if you can help me i will love you forever!! thank you for your help!!!
