1  Lovely Yoga Tee into Lovelier Yoga Tank top in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by mollyknits on: July 02, 2006 07:30:47 PM
So I just made this tonight.  I had a "Life is Good" Yoga shirt that I loved but that was just a bit too small.  I had fabric and thought - why not!  (I just bought a sewing machine, so this is my 2nd sewn item.  Yay!)  The first picture is blurry, but actually shows most of the shirt.  The second shows more detail.  I would love your comments and suggestions for improvements!  Please ignore the nasty cat pillow in the background.  Apparently my cats aren't as clean as they are cute.

2  My first purse - and first sewing project! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by mollyknits on: July 02, 2006 06:29:41 AM
I based my purse on this beautiful purse - https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=32021.0  I didn't add embroidery, but I loved the front pocket.  I just bought myself a new sewing machine and I figured it out and hours later I have a new purse.  Audrey is modeling it for me.  I would really appreciate any comments or criticisms!  Have a great 4th!

3  Embroidered Shirt for Mother's Day in Needlework: Completed Projects by mollyknits on: May 21, 2006 06:28:16 AM
I embroidered a shirt for my mom.  It's my first embroidery project!  I used a book of cross stich designs I found on sale at Barnes and Noble, picked up a bunch of embroidery floss in pretty colors and went to work.

Sorry I had the hardest time trying to figure out how to post pictures.  I cropped my head out because it was like 100 degress and, well, you can tell by looking at my hair.  I thought I'd spare you all.

5  Honeymoon Cami in Knitting: Completed Projects by mollyknits on: March 08, 2006 03:58:16 PM
I made the Honeymoon Cami from Knitty (http://knitty.com/ISSUEspring04/PATThoneymoon.html) to wear to my cousin's wedding.  I'm dancing with my Dad in this picture! : )

I used Southwest Trading Company's Soysilk!
