ooooooh fab fab and fab again!

everything looks great and the tots are such sweeties!

I had massive trouble trying to post my parcel..the post office in central london wouldn't take it without first opening it and examining everything really carefully..then told me I had to take out all the sweeties!
they then told me it would cost 56 to send and take up to three months..argh..

i'm looking into parcelforce or fedex now as it may as well be sent a bit faster even if it costs a little more..

oh and on a personal note ..

my  o.h loves the prase that  I often use " brain - wrong" ( speaks for itself..when your brain doesn't quite do what you want it to..lol) , and,  my personal favourite  'hasslehound'
just as it say, someone who hassles..yet hounds...relentlessly..lol...

we are aiming for entry into the oxford english dictionary with 'hasslehound'..
oh  yea!

7  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Re: How Did You Find Craftster? / Craftster Sightings! on: May 07, 2006 07:27:51 AM
well..i came across crafster on google by searching 'free patterns' ..i sifted through some really  rubbish sites, a lot of adverts,  and felt I'd stuck gold when i hit on crafster..Is pent a good few hours looking through all the threads.

I have recently seen it mentiond a few times on www.moneysavingexpert.com - a u.k moneysaving/ reusing/recycling/ making site..

and also on www.mumsnet.com - a parenting website, in their craft section

8  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies / Baby Shower! Some inspiration please! on: May 07, 2006 06:57:21 AM
My friend has booked a room in canterbury catherdral for her babyshower..so as you can imagine it will be a real 'lahdidah' affair and I want to make her truly great gifts..unlike the bunch of 'baby dior', 'baby chanel' etc others will be bringing.

So far I have fully ripped off this idea and made cotton gloves with embroidery...

I've also printed a red babygro with 'love milk' in the coca cola logo style..

I also want to make a nappy cake , but don't want anything twee..so some inspiration for a funky one would be fab!

Not so much a misconception..more a brain-wrong

After spending 12 hours making a jersey dress and doing beading on the bodice  I thought I could cut it to the perfect length by puting it on and snipping it with scissors..
how can I have not realised that leaning over would make some bits hang lower..argh..
I was left with some sections close to revealing my underwear and some downaround my knees.

said item is now a lovely top..lol
