Two Lego necklaces from Atsuko (I put a chain on one of them)

Two wonderful sugar skull magnets from nosusanfix. So much detail on them Cheesy

coasters from mini

Chocolate milk bath  from mlsocci  and lotions and balms from maremare.  The choccie bath is lovely and I love the lotions and balms especially the grape flavoured lip balm which tastes a bit like wine! (There is another tube of bath salts & another  lip balm and lotion, not pictured here)

And in a personal swap a cool batty bag from ktlady. I really ant to keep this for myself but I know my freind's daughter would love it (she is into all things vampire I didn't get her a birthday pressie yet)

My photo taking skills are not the best today Undecided

I like the cherry dice ones. Clever

I got these lovely earrings from Meganlorraine.
The photo doesn't do them justice. I have worn them a lot since I got them because the colours go with a lot of my tops and cardigans.

I am so glad you got it and you liked everything! Phew Cheesy

I'll post pictures later.

This is the bag I made. I am proud of it but had a love/hate relationship with it when I was making it Grin I couldn't find any bargain cotton so I started making it in ordinary string and used a drop stitch. I made up the pattern as I went along and got quite stuck at one stage. I think I'll make myself one next. I dyed the wool for the blue flower with KoolAid.

I really like the turtle beads I used for the earrings -they weren't a bargain but I thought they were cute and hammycakes would like them Cheesy The felt scraps for the second flower were donated by a friend.

I am glad the girls liked the craft set hammycakes - I thought the litle animals looked Grin cute

I received from Hammycakes. I was hoping for a earring holder or a postcard album and I got both! Grin

First an earring holder. This had made me very, very happy Cheesy My husband thought I was hilarious because I was all excited at the prospect of arranging my earrings in colour blocks Tongue I had a fun Saturday night doing this and then putting postcards in my album Tongue

There is a mermaid detail on the frame because I like mermaids and the frame is bluer than in the picture.

I also got an album for my postcard collection with a matching journal.

And - a very cool teas towel - to show my love of cats. It goes well in my funky red , black and cream kitchen.

And some crafty bits and pieces. I have a bag one of the appilques will look great on.

If you have better pics of the earring stand please post them, hammycakes. I couldn't find decent batteries for the camera and the pics are a little dark.

From Hellokittygirl.I love these - they are neutral in colour but make a statement and the colour looks great against my hair. Don't they look like an illustration from an old science book!

These are from Dustpan Dan. I am wearing them as I type, they are lovely and jingly:)and I love this shade of green. I love chain on ear rings.

The blue fans ones are from Irid3sc3ent. Aren't they elegant. They are inspired by me love of all things geisha:) Much prettier in reality.

The pink and green ones are from Tyger. I love the combination of pink and green especially these shades and these are cute beads.

These are from Bruisedpeach. Aren't they fun. They came when I was sick and they cheered me up. The green is actually brighter this this.

These are from poprock6903.I love the colour combination and the way they bounce around.

These are from poprock too. She made me two pairs! I like the colour and the length and the star beads. I have worn these a lot.

And - I did the bargain hunter swap and one of the things I got is an earring display stand. Am I excited or what - I spent a very pleasant half hour organising my ears according to colour. Happy  Sigh!:D

I'll post the rest of my earrings later. There  is a cat in front of the monitor looking for attention.

28  Re: Sweat shoppe swap Round 10! (SSS 10) in ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED by Saor on: July 09, 2007 08:21:31 AM
I am  offering my metal bookmarks.

As before I will customise them and make them in the colour/theme of your choice. I will have silver and gold blanks and I will also have a few non curvy ones.

Still don't know if I will offer something else. I might put my name in once and   just do a few personal swaps.

These are a few of the bookmarks I made in a previous round.

Themed for an April birthday and an ocean theme.

29  Re: Magic Yarn Ball Swap 4!! in The Swap Gallery by Saor on: July 02, 2007 09:30:21 AM
I got a great angel package from stargazersewer today. It's big!

I wasn't going to unwrap but it tantalised me  - I have been sick for the last few days and the weather is lousy here so I crumbled.

I'll post pics of the contents later - lots of yummy stuff and lovely yarn. There was a second MYB inside the first(!) with more lovely yarn in a grey and white colour this time.

So inside was vintage trim in red, cream pink and blue; different types of tea(the Pomegranate is lovely); lots of KoolAid (for wool dyeing - can't get it here); hair clips; a cookie cutter in the shape of a Moose Grin; and sweets. I am officially addicted to the Hersey's Peanut butter kisses. I also got 2 tins of the sour Altoids. I love these and we can't get Altoids in Ireland. Have to hide them on my husband though Wink and of course the yarn in 2 colours. Also not shown were some yummy apple and cinnamon crisps(eaten Grin)

The moose cookie cutter.

Some of the  hair clips and hersey's kisses.Yum!

Thanks Shawna!

I was away till late on Sunday. When I got back there was lots of mail waiting for me, among which was 7 pairs of earrings from this swap and 3 pairs from another earring swap. To help me with the unpacking I kept delving into the bag of envelopes Cheesy Yesterday I found 2 pairs of earrings that I had misplaced Grin So I am in earring heaven.

Anyway pictures-

From Devilninny. I love these beads. They are very me and they are a great colour purple. I made my SIL earrings a bit like this last Xmas in black & orange!

From megrenae: I love the combination of green and pink. The green beads have pink in them and the pink reflects the green. Very summery.

Meg made me 2 pairs - one "American" - I wasn't sure what to expect so I was blown away by these cent earrings! I love copper and I love the idea of having Abe Lincoln in my ears! I like jewellery made from money!

From hellokittygirl:

I love the blue of these and the fact that there are heart shaped beads. They feel lovely on too.

From Ragdoll:

I love the colour combination and the length of these. They swish in a good way when I move my head.

From Alana:

These remind me of a Celtic legend. We have a stone fireplace with a tree very like this carved on it.

From Laramie:
This pair are lovely - they remind me of art nouveau jewellery.

Alana & Laramie - I might have gotten the last two confused. Please let me know if I am wrong Tongue and it is the other way round.

Sorry for the sideway pics- I have no time to fix them just now, my MIL is coming to stay so I have to tidy up.

Thanks you everyone who made earrings for me _ I love the way they are so different, yet all are perfect for me Smiley
