SO my ma gave me a bit of inspiration over the phone yesterday and said she saw something on TV where someone had hot glued some candy corn to a floral foam ball and it looked really cool. I had no clue what it actually looked like so here is what I came up with. I took a half foam ball because I wanted it to sit nicely on a flat surface and glued a piece of craft foam to the bottom so it would protect the bottom.  I wanted to make it into a center piece but it just wasn't big enough. I grabbed a branch off a dead tree in the yard and made it into a tree by adding some fake flowers and leaves in appropriate Halloween colors. Then, added all the candy corn. I never knew candy corn could be as beautiful as it is delicious!

Let me know what you think!

i love the colours of the first one!

did you hand shape all the petals or did you use a cutter?
how did you stick them to the barrette?

I hand shaped all of the petals and I attached them with a smidge of hot glue  Wink

Thanks so much for all the love everyone!!!  Grin

Some bacon earrings (second pair I have made) and some super cute hot dog earrings I made last week. Still plan on adding a bit of mustard to the hot dogs.
