I'm from San Antonio Texas so here goes:

USERNAME: lipstickmafia
PREFERED FORMAT (normal CD/mp3 CD/other please list): normal cd
jacks mannequin
the matches
panic at the disco

LIST THE TYPE OF MUSIC YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECIEVE: i'm pretty much down for anything except tejano or country.  I hear way too much of it here.  Or marilyn manson.  I'm not a big fan of his.  Not a big screamo fan either, some is fine but not the whole song.  Yeah, that's a bunch of don'ts but I want to be suprised.
I would love some dance rock
Or indian rock
Or indie rock
Or 60s pop
Or emo
Or french rock
Or any "world" genre music
Or Jpop
Or anything from your local scene

I would be happy with something that sounds like eisley
or any of the majorettes
or raveonettes cds
or any artist that sounds similar to them

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Ripped Jeans on: September 24, 2005 09:17:48 AM
Okay so I have this pair of jeans that I have grown emotionally attatched to, except they have a ridiculous amount of holes in them.  And not in the places that look cool, like the knee, but embarassing places like the crotch.  Any ideas on how to repare them?  They have a rip up the butt and holes in the crotch and a hole where the thighs rub together.  I thought about patches but a patch in the crotch would look awkward.  Is it possible for me to sew fabric underneath, but then how would I cover up the stitching lines?
8  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: crayon nubs? on: September 24, 2005 09:09:24 AM
Yeah when I was younger we use to make candles out of them.  But instead of using a milk carton or something we just dug a hole in the sand or the dirt and dumped the wax in there and you get the most interesting shaped candle.
9  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: What to do with record cases? on: September 24, 2005 09:06:27 AM
okay this idea would require scissors so if you are emotionally attatched then don't do it.  In art we took the cases and cd packets and cut them up and did a giant collage and then drew over them with indian ink and it looked amazing.  You could do that if you want to decorate a bullitain board or a wall or something.  Hope that helps.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Re: is this dumb? on: September 24, 2005 08:55:51 AM
no thats not dumb theres a tutorial on this site on it.  I would link you to it, but im lazy.  sorry.  basiclly it tells you how to add a hood and sleeves and a zipper and such.  i say go for it.
