Grin Grin Grin Here are pics of Katelyn with her blankie from Danderson!!  Danderson, it is just the right size, and like you said will work great as a carseat blankie!!  Sadly, the hat is jsut too tiny for her big ol noggin. Sad  it is SOO cute and would be perfect with a little pr of jeans and an off-white shirt (she has one that says looking for trouble LOL) BUT it fits like a yamulka. Sad  I DO have a friend due with a baby at the end of Oct that I think will appreciate it if you don't mind me passing it on? I promise to tell then I didnt make it, they know I don't crochet anyhow hehe!!
Sorry if the images are ginormous... first time using the craftster pic host:)

The second pic is more representative of color.  Smiley
thankyou again soo much!

5  Vintage scarf --> cute skirt! in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by pixelpusher on: June 10, 2004 07:25:32 PM
I just finished this skirt and am quite pleased with myself. Cheesy  My mother in law gave me this old scarf (among other cool reconstructable finds) to do whatever with... It had this awful yarn fringe all around the edge and looked pretty "rough" when I got it.  Not sure exactly how old the scarf was, but my husband didnt remember seeing it before and he's 23. Cheesy   I used Simplicity pattern 0609 as a launch pad. Instead of elastic as the pattern calls for, I used a piece of ribbon for a drawstring.
Dont mind the old monitor on the floor int he background -hehe
I think it is dressy-day-at-work-worthy!
