I like the idea of the seperate bottoms. Here are some more of the patterns I had in mind:

This is one of those playsuits? I think this is kinda cute too.

3  Vintage Swimsuit Help in Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Discussion and Questions by star69 on: April 29, 2008 08:44:13 AM
I need myself a swimsuit. And I've been browsing vintage patterns and a lot of them look really easy to follow. I like the ones like these because they're super cute and give me the coverage on the tops of my thighs which I don't like to expose very much. But I need some idea for what to do with underneath it.

I know it sounds weird but would it be better to have something separate like shorts or say a bikini-like bottom underneath or have it attached to the rest of it. I'm not sure.

Okay!! The pictures! So, besides the skirt pattern (which isn't very intresting without a skirt), here's my lovely new monkey, Cornelius!!

6  Geek Pride T-Shirt Swap? in New Swap Theme Ideas by star69 on: April 09, 2006 12:30:18 PM
I have been browsing thinkgeek.com, and I thought, "Hey! It would be a cool idea to swap and trade these kinds of shirts!" The site is full of geek pride shirts and geek message shirts, and I think it would really cool to personalize and make our own! Like this one:

From sarcastic ones, to funny ones to hacker shirts to codes and acronyms! Lots of great ideas are on thinkgeek and jinx.com. It would be hilarious to see what kinds of messages we come up with! This isn't limited to computer lovers! Video gamers and programmers or people who just love technology and the internet are welcome!

Any takers? I'm thinking of organizing this as a early summer swap? Maybe end of May to June? Fun to go out in these for summer! (I still have school..but I come home early! Great stress relief!)

Intrested persons

Format: You browse the sites, get ideas of what you would want, and people could chose you based on what you have on your "T-Shirt Slogan Wishlist". I would get even numbers. Thanks for all the intrest guys! I'll let you guys know when sign ups go up.

Okay!! I made one for my new school bag, and everyone keeps complimenting on it! I love it so much!! It took me 2 days!! Here we go!

The Outside and Strap - The strap is a belt that came with some pants. So, the strap is adjustable! The denim I used was some scrap denim that was around the house.

this is the inside, with some of my various schoolbooks. Its so big on the inside!

Whee! I'm so proud!

The wall hanging was red, with a grey robot. On the top it said, "DANCE MACHINE".
