SBC, I LOVE your TARDIS, too! It is so perfectly perfect, it even has the lil door sign. And Eee, YOUR SOOT SPRITE IS AMAZINNGG!! All your amis are wonderful, but that lil sprite is just ♥♥♥!

Hmm. The only thing I can think of for the mini light would be those strings of novelty LED lights you can get, I've seen some shaped like super mini Christmas lights. But .. that's too many lights. :/ Could you maybe make one with friendly plastic or something and add the LED?

RedheadWithThread, Cute harness, and that dicebag is a thing of beauty; love the fabric you chose.

Congrats SBC, QueenHobo and Bunny. Fabulous projects, well deserved!~

Prompt:  Big Time #1
Team: Multimedia
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Harley Quinn v2
Project Link:
Brief Description: When I was reading the Harley Quinn Rebirth comics I knew I had to make a Harley and Ivy set of dolls. I made the second Harley with a paler skin tone and added her 'Rotten' tattoo on her cheek. I fell in love with Harley when I saw Suicide Squad, and I really enjoy making dolls of her, but her hair is a bit of a PITA to dye & attach, aha.

Prompt:  Big Time #2
Team: Multimedia
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Poison Ivy
Project Link: -
Brief Description: I based her design on the HQ Rebirth comics. If I make her again, I'd probably add a bit more black to her torso, but overall, I think she turned out super cute - I really love how her hair turned out (makes me want to make a Little Mermaid plush, hee).

Noxika- I really love your dolls, and I'm intrigued by the fact that you have the fabric printed. Where do you get that done? I'd never be able to do something as detailed as your dolls, but it could be fun to print something simple! I really appreciate how you capture the character of each of your dolls (I love McGarrett's bullet proof vest, Danno's grumpy expression and hairstyle, and Harley Quinn's entire outfit!). My favorites are your Avengers series dolls (Did you do a Hulk yet? Hulk was my favorite growing up!). Again, the detail in your designs is impressive! Loki's tunic is magnificent! And, I love how you translated Loki's look to a teddy bear- the horned headpiece is awesome! And, I cracked up at the pile of discarded, mostly headless prototypes. Oh, the carnage!

Aww, thank you for the kind words, CADDC! You're a sweetheart.

I get them printed at Spoonflower.com. It routinely costs me more in postage than getting the fabric printed, lol, *shakes fist at living on an island floating in the middle of nowhere Tongue*.

I haven't done a Hulk yet, but he is on my To Do list for the bears. I am going to make him a wee bit bigger than the other bears, because....well, he is the Hulk after all. Wink Just need to decide which green to use...

The pile of discarded bodies are slowly being dwindled down as I harvest their stuffing. Waste not, want not!~ Wink

QueenHobo,  Cutest. Sloth. Ever!

SBS, The candy corn sweater is adorable, it just screams Halloween in the most adorable way possible.

Roler, Super shinnnyy! That is such a clever idea and looks absolutely fab when the lights are out.
And kudos for working with the EL wire. I used it once but the high pitched noise it emitted drove me nuts, I ended up ditching it and going with a conventional LED wire pack.

What a wondrous blanket! I can imagine how great it would look pulled up against a person. Om nom nom.

Also. I have to say how much I am loving this round's theme!~ So much inspiration. ♥_♥

Calabaza, hee, I see what you did there. Wink And thank you. <3 And congrats to you for making all the things! I need to aspire to that next round, I think.

Pretty fabric weights - what are they filled with? I don't really need any for the size of pattern pieces I work with, but they look like they might come in handy for throwing at the wall when things go wrong. Tongue

Smeddley, Fabulous additions. I am especially in love with your Affirmation Page. Something very touching about it - and I love the "still trying" and the portrait is lovely, too!

ActsofCraftiness, You have been super crafty! Your beaded projects are so very pretty, lovin' the colour combinations. And you cross stitch is BRILLIANT!

LovelyMiss, I don't know what I adore more; your buttons (and your distribution method!) or your walking dead notebook cover! ♥_♥

Prompt:  June ~ 4. Toothpick Bridge.
Team: Clan of the Creators
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Loki doll
Project Link: -
Brief Description: Loki is made of many pieces. Many, many, many pieces. >.< He is the most challenging doll I've designed to date given his tunic ..thing (?I do not know the correct terms for clothing, sorry!) that had to be designed as a separate piece, as well as his coat which has five separate flappy bits (told you Tongue). In the end I think he turned out rather cute, and figuring out how to do additional printed layers may mean I might actually get around to making a Jon Snow one of these days. Tongue

!! Please do not pin the following projects, thank you.

(I think I've done the big time thing right...? It's been too long since I did a non-prompt related post, ha. Let me know if I goofed, thanks!~)

Prompt: Big Time #1
Team: Clan of the Creators
Bonus Points: Brain Power
Project Name: Velvet Loki Bear
Project Link:
Brief Description: When I was making my Bucky doll, I decided to make him a little Bucky Bear to go with him. Unfortunately he was super fiddly to put together being so small so I got it in my head to upscale the bear and make a whole range of superhero bears (because that's a brillant idea, having never made a bear before, right? So different from making human dolls!). I didn't realize at the time that upscaling meant a whole lot of revising because my little bear was cute at six inches but when scaled up, the issues with the pattern became a lot more evident. Loki was my first completed bear. After many, many, mannnny (see pic below) failed patterning attempts.

(sorry, I have such a hard time trying to photograph black fabric.)

Prompt: Big Time #2
Team: Clan of the Creators
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Minky Loki Bear
Project Link:
Brief Description: After the first Loki bear had some issues with the velvet bearding like crazy, I decided to try my hand at making a version out of minky and tweaking the embroidery a bit. To be honest, I'm not overly thrilled with the minky - I know so many people love it, but to me it kind of looks like towelling lol. Working on ways to line the velvet as I much prefer the look and feel of it over the minky..

So many amazing projects have been posted since I popped in last. I really need to make a better effort to pop in and comment more often in the next round. >.<

SBC, I can't believe you crafted everything! That's amazing (as is your adorable cardigan - I am in love with the cloud pocket!).

I managed to get a couple last minute things finished, and am hoping I can finish up a couple more tomorrow. These are going to be playing fast & loose with the prompts but hopefully they pass. Wink

Prompt: August ~ 2. Folly Fields.
Team: Clan of the Creators
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Steve Rogers doll
Project Link:  -
Brief Description: Steve was one of the first dolls I designed when I decided to try my hand at printing dolls. The first attempt did not go well. I ordered a yard of Steve and Bucky designs on both minky and fleece from Spoonflower and both fabrics were an epic fail. I then redesigned him to include loads more detail and ordered samples of every other fabric available. It took many, many tries before I got it right.
(side note, sorry about the watermark, I accidentally saved over the original image without saving a plain version. That's what I get for photoshopping when I should be sleeping Tongue)
Project Picture:

Prompt: July ~ 2. Loaves You Guild.
Team: Clan of the Creators
Bonus Points:
Project Name: The Winter Soldier doll
Project Link:
Brief Description:  Bucky has to be one of my favourite characters in the MCU. I'm not sure if it's the tragic backstory or the guyliner, but either way, I think he's swell, even though his mind has been poisoned and he was turned against those he loves. Wink  I wasn't sure, when designing him, to add the war paint and mask, but in the end decided to go full on Winter Soldier. I may make a plain Bucky doll later..
Project Picture: (above)

Prompt: July ~ 4. The Guild of Learned Bookbinders and Librarians.
Team: Clan of the Creators
Bonus Points:
Project Name: Thor Doll
Project Link:
Brief Description: Who doesn't love comic books? Err... I suppose they're called graphic novels now, though. And Thor has got to be one of the coolest comic book heroes around. I had a lot of fun giving him Thor-worthy locks. Though I wish his facial hair had printed up a bit darker - printing new colours is always a bit of a gamble.
