11  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Indulgent and Yet Healthy Recipes? on: July 19, 2007 04:45:55 PM
What food have you eaten that you loved so much you thought "No, this can't be healthy!" ?
12  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Buying pizza dough from a pizza place? on: July 18, 2007 12:57:21 PM
I watch Food Network a lot, and a lot of the people say they buy premade dough from a pizza place.. and I wonder which pizza places will actually let you buy it from them? All? Most? And does it usually cost a lot or does that depend on how much you get? Sorry for all the questions I just would love to buy premade pizza dough that I know actually tastes good and I won't screw up.  Roll Eyes

14  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Reupholstering Questions. on: July 15, 2007 09:44:40 AM
We have a loveseat/sofa (what's the difference?) that we've had for a while now, we don't plan on getting any new furniture soon so I wanted to reupholster it. The problem is the cushions have lost it's..fluffiness so I want to make new cushions for it, but I just don't know how to go about doing this.. Is there some type of padding I should use that would be good for this? And also.. What type of material is best to be used for upholstery that I should look for in the store?

Thanks.  Smiley
15  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Soap! There are no stupid questions...right? on: July 15, 2007 08:40:00 AM
Okay, I've been wanting to make soap forever now, and I just now am starting to learn more about it.. my questions are:

How many different ways are there to make soap (the processes)?
The differences between them?
What's easiest to do?

Oh, and if you have any tips or tricks, that would be great too!
16  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Soap Storing/Packaging Question. on: July 14, 2007 04:54:18 PM
Okay, when you're selling or even just storing or what have you, how do you cover it/what do you cover it in? I've seen soaps with saran wrap on it, but is that all that is usually used?
17  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Discussion and Questions / What is it called.. and where to buy it? on: July 14, 2007 10:41:41 AM
I remember seeing it in a post which now I cannot find, but I remember seeing it years ago and thinking I should use it. It's some type of sun changing paper where you cover parts and leave it in the sun, what was covered is light, what wasn't is dark. (I think, maybe vice versa..) What is this paper called, I've looked and looked, and where do I find it? How much does it cost?

19  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Healthy Recipes? on: July 10, 2007 04:16:37 PM
Now, I don't know about you all, but I could go two ways when it comes to food.. Really unhealthy, fatty, fried, sugary, crappy foods, and.. Super healthy, fruits, veggies, and all the vitamins you need! I love both, but I'm really trying to improve my health. Now, I can't say the same for the rest of my family.. so it's been hard to improve meals.. But I'm trying! The only problem is whenever I find recipes that sound good there are either a million ingredients making it super complicated, or all the ingredients are things I can't find, too expensive, or they're all fresh fruits and vegetables, which I love, but they won't last me very long. My question to you is..

Do you know any easy, healthy, yummy recipes? Roll Eyes
20  COOKING / Dessert / Give me a 21st Birthday cake idea! on: July 05, 2007 12:45:11 PM
Okay, in a few months (I'm getting a headstart because I procrastinate) my sister will be turning 21. And since that is obviously the legal age of drinking I wanted to make her a really cool cake that has to do with drinking (my mom thinks it'll be pretty cool.. so she is not opposed. lol.) And I don't know if you've seen the show Ace of Cakes but they made a tequila bottle and I wanted to make something like that, but I also wanted to go through other ideas I could do, so if you have one please tell me!
