hippychiq, I like your hair. I actually like how the color changes from the front to back, it looks cool. So, what, did you do the bleach kit and the coloring at the same time? What brand & color did you use?
26  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Hot Chocolate 2 Ways! on: December 16, 2007 12:12:02 PM
I'm gonna have to try these. I hate making hot chocolate from packages and things, because they taste so watery and gross. I've been looking for some great recipes.  Grin Thanks!

28  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Dry Tiramisu? on: December 09, 2007 04:31:17 PM
You could probably just completely leave out the alcohol and add a little more coffee or whatever drink you're using. maybe use some vanilla extract?
29  COOKING / Dessert / Re: Easy-to-make, Amazing Peppermint Bark on: December 09, 2007 04:22:44 PM
I love peppermint bark, but my only suggestion for making it.. is to make it fairly thin. not too thin so that it breaks up into tiny pieces, but maybe just as thick as a candy cane is. otherwise the white chocolate or almond bark is overwhelming. I've come across that when I made it. otherwise it's delicious! Roll Eyes

my sister would brown some onions and top it with cheese and we'd eat it with tortillas. sometimes she'd put in chorizo. it was really simple and so good.

my mom and her friend would take me and my friends, when we were younger.. to hardee's every wednesday [when we had one, and it was.. still called hardee's. lol.] and we'd always get vanilla ice cream after we ate w/e and dip our french fries in it. I looove that, and it sounds so good right now!

& I love cocoa puffs in chocolate ice cream. mm.

& potato chips and cottage cheese.

& fried potatoes and macaroni and cheese.

oh and when my sister and I were little and we didn't have tortillas we would get a piece of bread and put shredded cheddar on top and put it in the microwave and it would become kinda hard and crunchy.. it was really good, I'm not sure if I'd like it now that I'm older though lol.

I love mixing foods together, I hated doing that when I was little.. I would NOT allow anything to touch! lol.

Is there anyone else who always puts french fries on top of their sandwiches? Like at bk or mcdonalds, even arby's? My family has always done it. It's delicious. Sometimes put potato chips on sandwiches too.  Roll Eyes
