1  Nerissa from Rowan 41 in Knitting: Completed Projects by rion165 on: May 07, 2007 11:17:22 PM
Here's a peek on Nerissa:

Pattern: Nerissa from Rowan 41
Yarn: Filatura di Crosa Millefili Fine- 100% cotton, Shade 209, 4 balls
Needle: Clover metal, size 5, 3.6mm
Size: XS
Time to finish: less than 2 weeks.
I had a really hard time trying to catch the truest color for the yarn. The closest is probably the first picture. A very soft and easy yarn to work with. Of course, good stitch definition.

More on my blog, 7th May '07 post.

Mine's done  Cheesy

It's true that there's no waist shaping. i did my own measurements and adjust everything to my gauge. just thread waste yarn and try on as often as possible. I did about 8 rounds of decreases. as for joining after purling one row, i think it doesn't matter whether u join first or purl first. i did the join before purling and everything looks fine to me.
