Love love love him! I am dragon mad and happened happened to receive a needle felted dragon in my last swap who I have named Samphire.  He is nagging me to tell you that you have to send this one to me so he can have a friend! I am trying to describe how to have a long distance friendship but he doesn't seem to understand!

Hitting this rocks and off to research needle felted soap...

LOL thanks ... I signed up to do Pay It Forward 2014 on Facebook, might send him to someone for that.  My kids want him but I think they'd hurt him.

Thanks all Smiley  It was definitely a learning experience!  Next time I'll be building a wire armature to make it easier.  I was way too ambitious for my first one.  The next ones I'm doing will be a couple of Woolbuddies for my kids, they've picked them out of the book and everything.

Hi there, I love the recipes by Susan Barclay at http://swiftcraftymonkey.blogspot.com/.  She's a very knowledgeable cosmetic chemist.  Her Lotionmaking 101 recipe has worked very well for me.

Hi all, I am new to the forums!  *waves*

I just started needle felting in 3d; I am a soapmaker and have been needle felting soaps for a year or so, but just started doing animals.  The below link is to my blog which has pics of my first completed sculpture which is a dragon.  I don't have 10 posts yet so I can't upload the photos directly Smiley

Hope you like!

7  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Re: Wool Felted Dryer Balls on: January 07, 2014 08:00:13 AM
I just made some dryer balls last weekend also.  But mine are just one or two colors and they're for actually using in the dryer, they're not art or anything.  My husband isn't sold yet Smiley
