41  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: Here's a request for you - gluten free vegetarian recipes on: May 22, 2008 06:08:17 PM
I know that October 2007 Vegetarian Times magazine had a gluten free section in it.  As far as veggie meat goes, they have gluten free tempeh stroganoff and veggie burgers.  There are also pretty decent looking GF bread, cookies, and pancakes in there.  I haven't tried them, but they look pretty good.  It just happens that a lot of the recipes in Vegetarian Times turn out to be gluten free any way, too.

If you'd like, I could post a couple of the recipes.

How sad some us have to work in dreary places for most of the day.  I like the bright colors you picked out and the frame is great!  Did you put glass over it?

Yes, I did put glass over it.  It didn't show up in the picture for some reason. Smiley

You did a really fantastic job on all of them!  The cute little owl especially makes me smile.

The back office at my work is small, deeply in need of repair, and generally depressing.  I thought that it needed a bit of cheering up, and nothing cheers up a room like an ironic, overly elaboratly framed cross stitch.

Ta da!  There you have it, solid proof that I work way too much.  I made it in the store colours and everything.

Wow!  Is that ever nice!  I think they'll win for sure.

oh that's fun!  could you do kitchen herbs in those type cups, do you think?
my husband wanted a kitchen herb garden and we have a ton of those extra small cups.

I'm sure that herbs would work too, but if they're really tiny cups, you'd probably want to pick something that doesn't need a lot of space for its roots.
