1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Help With A Shirt on: April 16, 2006 04:54:29 PM
I have this adorable shirt I got in France. I washed it according to the directions but now it has like all this extra material in the back so it sticks out.*Does anyone know what I'm talking about?* And I love this shirt and want to keep wearing it so is there an easy way that I can make it more fitted?
Mind you I don't own a sewing machine and have limited sewing experience. I may be able to get ahold of a sewing machine but its not likely.

Can anyone please help?

Thank you!!

3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Put a hole in sea glass? on: August 08, 2005 10:23:01 AM
For those wondering what sea glass is. It's a term my aunt uses for these colored pieces of glass we pick up on the beach around Lake Michigan. They've been in the lake so long that the edges are smooth. I have some pretty pieces I want to make jewelry out of but don't have the slightest idea how to put a whole in one. Any ideas or tips?

My first creation...I used wrappers, clear duct tape, and an old belt buckle.
