2  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Re:craftster admin in BUST! on: February 24, 2004 01:21:22 PM

i dont like bust magazine. i think its a step away from porn and part of me doesnt like to go to craftster dot com because they are connected. this applies to everything in my life, for example i dont buy proctor and gamble products because of their love and support of animal testings along with their products. I dont like porn in any way and like i said the language in BUST and the article content is  not of my liking, i will  however make an exception for craftster cause of the great postings, except for the postings of the love of porn mag clippings etc.  Huh

Why dont you recycle them.. like put them all in the newspaper recycle bin. the ones where they allow a percentage of magazine paper in them. you would be helping the enviroment and in the mean time not desensitizing your  love life. Roll Eyes

Put it in front of a local store  in the morning like by the door, then see if its still there towards their closing time, if it is take it home and do the same thing the next morning until its gone... see how long this can last... ok i  am weird, i know but it sounds fun to me Kiss if not paint it  green and put a star on top of it.. and then well at some point drill holes in it  and put a string of white lights in it. who knows at night it might look like  a christmas tree.. or you can always bring it to the city municipal building and say your helping the city budget by returning it and now you feel you deserve at least a sucker for your good deed. or put it in your garage and store a ball of string in it.. leaving the open end of the string  flowing out the top and put *string* on the side in paint so everyone knows that this big object holds your precious ball of string. why not? i can see it happening Grin
8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re:star wars embroidered pillow? on: January 27, 2004 08:35:03 PM
hey i was thinking maybe you could  make your own version of a startrooper to  embroider from the "25 most recent posts" here on the left of the home page.. you know the one that is actually  on the *underwear*  Cheesy i dont know  i'm not too good at freehand sketching but anyway , i thought i would throw that idea your way.
9  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re:box with rusted bottlecaps on top on: January 26, 2004 08:58:30 PM
very cool project.. i  saw someone who had a door mat once with bottle caps nailed  to the mat. they nailed them upside down so the  hard edges that were sticking up helped to remove snow (this was super snow country). I really like what you've done with the box  Wink Cheesy
