Steve Buscemi is my absolute favorite actor EVER, so I knew that my first huge cross stitch project would be a portrait of him. He took me 11 months to complete, he's 48,006 stitches and measures 8 1/2 x 11 inches. I made the pattern using PC Stitch.

i'm looking for a good book or website on pattern alterations. i'm a big fan of the Gothic Lolita style and have a few Gothic Lolita Bibles that come with patterns, but the Japanese pattern sizes are amazingly small (XL = 30in waist O_O). i was hoping to find a way to re size the patterns to fit my body. any help would be most appreciated, thanks ^_^

it was my first time working with metallic floss and it's true what everyone says, they are a bit of a pain in the butt.
