41  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / mint dress on: April 19, 2013 03:19:58 PM
This is made of stretch gabardine and guess what! It doesn't have a zipper!

42  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / mustard and green on: April 17, 2013 11:34:38 PM
Based on Danielle pattern from burdastyle. (And this one has a side zipper)

43  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Red off shoulder dress with gussets on: April 08, 2013 01:18:58 PM
This is made of strech gabardine. It has no zipper or any kind of fastening, I prefer to have a little hard time wearing the dress than to sew by hand the invisible zipper (I can't sew it with my sewing machine Embarrassed). Plus I live in a place of world where it's very difficult to find sewing notions, even sewing thread sometimes, so I didn't want to go out searching red zipper only to come back home with empty hands Sad)
The  bodice has gussets which gave me a really hard time. Except of this the dress was a very easy and fast project.

I hope you like it!!
44  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / yellow denim skirt on: April 05, 2013 04:18:07 PM
I made this skirt of yellow denim fabric which was not a good choice: as I moove or walk the double pleat opens and the thick fabric looks a bit weird. I would like to try this design in a more soft fabric and see what happens.

45  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / pleated dress with topstiching on: April 01, 2013 01:38:49 PM
For this I used the same pattern with pleats, as my previous purple dress. It's the same dress but in different material and color. I topstiched the dress  by hand with cotton perle thread (I know that I'm extremely boring, but I really love topstiching and my mother used to have a shop with these notions).

I hope you like it!
46  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / pleated suede dress on: March 30, 2013 06:35:05 PM
Hi! I found this lovely fabric in black, camel and purple. It looks like something between suede and velvet but it isn't stiff, it drapes nicely. Off course I bought some meters of all the available colors! With the purple I made this pleated dress, which I swear is much better in person:

47  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / orange shift dress on: March 26, 2013 01:54:25 PM
Hi! I started sewing this dress some months ago (in fall) and before I say "hem" it was already winter:((
But now it's spring here.... it's time to wear it!

the side seam isn't uneven, it's an optical illusion!!

the neckline doesn't gap it's the photo this way!

Do you like it?

48  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Suede top with rolled collar on: March 21, 2013 10:29:38 AM
I made this top some months ago using a beautiful suede fabric. I haven't worn it a lot because it isn't warm enough for winter. But I plan to fix this during spring:)  I hope you like it!

49  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / another denim purse on: March 19, 2013 02:42:34 PM

50  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / dolman sleeve top on: March 18, 2013 02:17:35 PM
Top made of a very soft and drapey jersey fabric with a lovely green color. The skirt is also made by me I hope you like it!
