Ok , so my daughter breaks up for school holidays next week , she has a short attention span and has a special teacher who helps her out to concentrate more in class.

Ive made this for her , for all the effort and hard work she puts in.

What do you think ?

I dont know if this should be in the stichalong for try new stiches but I thought id post here as its more of a general thing .

I had a ugly circular needle case , you twist and a needle comes out.

I remembered those old fashioned needle book holders and thought I sooooo need one of those.    So here it is , with alot of new stitches I found from various internet sites.

I think the flower is my fave as it came out so cute ...and is really easy to do

So my friend won a Sailor jerry shirt for drinking a bottle of rum .   The shirt was huge , he let me keep it and I made it into this.

Re-sized , v neck added and ruffled sleeves

So I made a knitting bag , I Incorporated a needle holder into the strap to save  needles from pointing out , or worse falling and getting tangled in wool. Hope you like.

So Im on a Mission to use every part of a pair of old jeans , this is the waistband .. Well a small part of it anyway , sewn with a thin strip of material that I bleached , added some D rings , and hey presto a wrist cuff.
