1  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / Craftster Craft Challenge Theme Ideas, Etc. / Plastic makes perfect...stuff on: January 08, 2006 08:19:32 AM
How 'bout a plastic challenge, focusing on the plastics that are non-recyclable such as lids to hair products, deodorants, soda bottles, etc. Many times the containers are ok to go in recycling but not the lids!  Also small parts of toys, disposable razors, 'dead' pens, broken hair accessories, anything that would end up in a landfill and outlast cockroaches and taxes!  Glue and paint would be allowed of course, but otherwise it would be totally cost-free, and good for the environment.  To make it more challenging, the project could be functional as well as decorative.  Just a thought...TishaLee
