Nice work, RBR!  My husband would be so upset with me if I used a saw without him around because I am a notorious klutz and finger reattachment would be the least of his worries.  Tongue

Change husband to dad and I'm in the same boat. I want to build stuff but my dad is worried I'll lop off a vital part.

Dress Up and Party sounds more fun but Costumes and Pageantry sounds more sophisticated.

Freakie, I think the pink camo might work ok with deer, since they don't see color, but not with birds, who do.....

There are women in my area who go duck hunting with their hubbies that wear pink camo then can't figure out why they can't bag a duck Roll Eyes I wasn't sure about deer as the ones who are serious about hunting and not just tagging along with their spouse/boyfriend/sibling/parent wear Mossy Oak or Real Tree camo of the more traditional variety Smiley

Ya'll need to take a trip to cowboy country. Pink camo is for formal occasions.  Wink

I live in the Crossroads region of Louisiana.

Always, it was mostly just to de-stash but several people have shown interest in it. I live in the Crossroads area of Louisiana so there are lots of female hunters and women who support their spouse/friend/sibling/children's hunting with a show of pink. One even told me she wears pink camo hunting but can't figure out why she can't bag a duck Roll Eyes

Those burp clothes are cute, quaggy Cheesy Love the prints!

My first project of the year (that I actually got a picture of):

I started in December but put it aside because I'm not a fan of pink Tongue The purple yarn is there for scale.

Prompt: December- Galapagos
Team: Fandom
Bonus Points: UFO - I made two squares for this project in December before tossing it aside due to not being a fan of pink
Project Name: Pink and camouflage bag
Some species develop natural camouflage for survival purposes. I've always thought pink camouflage was a bit silly because, unless you're hiding in a flock of flamingos, it's rather useless. The only reason I even had pink camo was that it was in a lot-bag that I bought at Goodwill a few years ago. The pink is leftover from a project I did for free: my coworker gave me a skein of pink yarn and I made a little flower for his girlfriend (which I didn't get a pic of). Also, as a note on societal evolution (I think that's the term?), pink was once considered to be a masculine color while blue was used for girls.
