1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Obama and Romney made by polymer clay on: November 08, 2012 04:43:29 PM
OK, I love these, but isn't Obama blue states, and Romney the Red? The ties don't reflect. That said, I'm a political idiot, but you captured them both so I definitely will have to pin the Obama one.
OK, i just referred to this picture, i am a political idiot too Wink

Aha! Don't get me wrong, this is not enough, Obama is very difficult to imitate.
3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Obama and Romney made by polymer clay on: November 08, 2012 02:04:35 AM
When Obama and Romney were preparing the election debate, i had an idea to make them into figurine, the material is polymer clay.
Preview:

1. I chose some pictures about Obama and Romney.
Face:

Style:

I thought they will be serious when they are debating, so i made their faces more serious, smile a bit less.

2. Make their face, this is the hardest thing to do, i tried my best to make them and kept the similarity.
Obama's face:

Romney's face:

3. Make their body and dress.

Now, Obama won the election, so i post my work to share.

This is the first time i post in craftster forum, i hope to find some friends that we have the same interests.
Please reply your advise!
Thanks!
Figo
