101  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Big fast crocthed shawl in lilacs and blueies with acceoaries. NEW! Hatflower! on: January 17, 2006 02:22:22 AM
I was shilly and unpatiant, and I wanted to make a shawl instant! - like now yesterday, if ya got my drift. Tongue Cheesy Wink

Well, I allready had this blue/purpelblended yarn, just waited to get used, so there was nothing to hesitate of. I started with a large airy fischnet triangel.
But there was something missing, Sad so i had to add anything to spice it up with. A leafy big lace was born and a tiny ruffle. It turned out pretty satisfaction, I belive... Grin

Detail.... Smiley

There was leftovers of the yarn, so I crohtet an elastic hair-something, with mini fake dreads. Here its shown by my sweet daughter. Kiss

And there were even more yarn leftovers. Weeee!
Enough for a flower, wich I streweed a rain of black irishing sparkling crystalshaped beads!

A flower to hold my hair...

...or to hold the shawl in place, when it is just simple draped over my shoulders! Grin

And the very last of the yarn become a flowerbrosch with jingles, a lilac button and a tiny bow, for my fav winterhat... Cheesy
102  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / The rainbow shawl for my 8yearold doughter -and matching hippo-flower! on: January 17, 2006 01:08:57 AM
My presious lilgal found this marvelous yarn: its contains a lot of colours, it is so unbeliveble soft, it is cheap and it is macinwasheble as well as drytumbleish... Shocked Grin Kiss

We just had to buy it, hadnt we?  Wink
Well, she asked me to croch her a shawl, with a big matching flowerpin, to go with it. Heres the result:

The buttonbox dwelled this little love.. Kiss A hippo, wich must have been made just for the only purpose to live in a very colorful yarnflower! Wink

Thanks to the flower, the shawl can go poncho, as well as be worned wrapped around the neck.

107  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Sweetest ugliest vampirebat and his soul of heartblood n black night... new pic on: October 20, 2005 12:01:17 AM
Hi there! I fell in love with this one https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=55019.0 and felt I wouldnt be really happy if I not had a jingling bat of my own... Wink Cheesy

But I coldnt find any battybell to buy, so I beaded in an ordinary jingle with black seedbeads. And throw on a pair of something batwingshapes  thingies. Then I attached my new darling too a coupple of hairsticks. Isnt he sooooooo charming. Allright, very very ugly, but so what: he jingle!! And just look at those soulful  eyes and his tiny heart.. *squiiik*

When I once and for all was in for this black/red theme, I just beaded on. This stuff is not very funny, but kind of cool I belive. The necklace is adjusteble, so I can wear it looong and dingling, as well as a choker.

I have allso used it as a bracelet: then it very chunky, heavy and nice... Grin Roll Eyes And I couldnt deside what kind of modell I wanted for the earings: so I made them both up. Why choose..? Wink Cheesy

A closeup to the simple spiral earrings.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Allright, I shoot another photo of my ugly belowed seedbeadbat-hairpin-thingie.. Is this less confusing? Cheesy Wink Roll Eyes

Thank you Beadangel!!! Grin

A hairslide made from fencewire. Cheesy

Unfortunelly I cant explain exatly how i netted the daisyloopnet,  :Pbut I started whith an ordinary dasyloopchain http://www.homestead.com/eaglespirituk/DaisyLoopChain.html and kind of just continued whit two more rounds.

A mini one:

And at last, a big  kind of fatone in 3D:

I used my first ones to create myself  a new jewelryset:

Heres some closer details from it: Smiley

Ive kind of like the result of this pattern, so Ive probably repeat myself and make moooooore dragonflies. Kiss Grin Ive got some ideas in my head about a mobile, flowersticks, a waistband, more earings, another kind of bracelet and more... *kind of manic* Tongue
