11  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Fused Glass Snow People on: December 02, 2012 06:23:03 PM
I have this love of anything (well, ok...lots of things) in multiples. These little snowmen are just as cute as can be! What lucky kindergarteners to have such a creative teacher!
12  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: Angler Fish Stained Glass Piece on: December 02, 2012 06:12:01 PM
Whoa! I remember learning about Angler Fish a long time ago--and I recognized yours immediately! I love the use of the glass marbles (they probably have a name besides marbles) and the bright colors! I have a couple of pieces of stained glass that are heavy. They have loops soldered on and hang by chain from the window frame.
Thanks for sharing your lady!
13  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: The Makers Church (20ish pics) on: December 02, 2012 11:59:01 AM
A craft room!!! This is so very amazing...complex...creative...wow. I thought the front was amazing then scrolled on down to see there was an inside and it was incredible. Thanks--I enjoyed this!
14  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Stocking for The Sweetness, my first granddaughter on: December 02, 2012 10:49:32 AM
My kids grew up with felt stockings made from kits--zillions of little pieces, bajillions of sequins, and Great Expectations for stockings to contain awesomeness and magic. This year (2012) I celebrate Christmas with a Granddaughter who I call "The Sweetness." Her mom, my daughter, carried on the felt/sequin/jazzy tradition beautifully and so I branched out to machine embroidery and pieced/quilted magic. Here it is...thanks for looking!
15  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Glowy Jellyfish on: December 02, 2012 10:02:40 AM
I sure hope you went on to do more embroidery! Your glowy jellyfish is just beautiful! My own embroidery skills are pretty basic but I feel inspired! Thanks for sharing.

17  Halloween / Halloween Costumes / Re: Marge Simpson Crocheted Costume (Homer too!) on: November 27, 2012 02:55:04 PM
You make the cutest Marge! The whole costume is amazing but the hair...the hair...is AMAZING (yes, all CAPS!). Great work!
18  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: Has anyone made an X-Acto knife holder? on: November 25, 2012 11:42:33 AM
This won't help with the one you have now, but I bought an X-Acto recently that retracts into its handle. Smartest thing I've seen!
A leather scrap folded over and secured with a drop of E-6000 or similar glue would be an easy slip-on cover.
More ideas? Let's hear 'em!
