1  Scrap Cupcake Pillow in Crochet: Completed Projects by SneakyFoxeh on: February 12, 2014 07:39:59 AM

So, I have a slight obsession with cupcakes.  XD

When I found this stitch (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/cupcake-afghan), I had to use it in a project.  Incredibly cute and pretty easy for mindless crocheting.  Ended up combining several bright yarns from my stash to whip up a quick pillow.

Here are a few in progress shots:

Started out nice and calm with a set of blue yarns...

Then morphed into a kaleidoscope of colors. XD

Enzo loves to cuddle on my lap while I work.

Close-up of stitches.

I loooooooove it!  Adds a nice touch of color to the otherwise neutral room and its pretty comfy to nap on.  =)

2  First Embroidery Project! Coffee Mug Cozy and Coaster in Needlework: Completed Projects by SneakyFoxeh on: October 05, 2012 07:30:25 PM
Finally worked on a sewing project!

Seriously, this is big news for me... I know how to sew but the sewing machine and I usually don't get along. Methinks it's because I tend to treat the pedal as how I would treat the pedal of a race car on a quarter mile track (vroom) but anyways, I digress.  In an attempt to tone up my sewing skills, I'm going to start practicing on small sewing projects each month.  The first project? An early birthday present for my mom.

It's a coffee cup cozy and coaster.  Features a small leaf and some simple stitching around the edges.   Grin

Cute, huh?  I know it's nowhere near the awesome work of most of the stitchers on Craftster, but someday I hope to reach that.  <3

Also, any recommendations for easy stitching projects is greatly appreciated.   Smiley

3  Batty Wreath & Artwork in Halloween Decor and Parties by SneakyFoxeh on: October 01, 2012 03:34:23 PM
Kinda on a bat spree lately.  Not sure why... LoL

Anyways, I made a wreath the other day!  It features rubber bats, a cute mini sign and the usual fall leaves.  Thinking of making another one for my momma, but using purple flowers on the next run:

Also, I sketched a baby bat in my art journal and somehow it ended up hanging in my kitchen.  It's mixed media (graphite, pastels and watercolor) and based off of a bat designed by Urban Threads.   Grin

4  Cupcake Cell Phone Case in Crochet: Completed Projects by SneakyFoxeh on: September 29, 2012 07:13:04 PM
Decided to pause my never ending Christmas projects for a very quick, instant gratification, for me type project.  It was nice to have something done within an hour for once, lol.

Anyways, here's my awesome cupcake cellphone case!

Edit:  Added better photos. =)

6  Florida State University No Sew Fleece Blanket in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by SneakyFoxeh on: August 18, 2012 08:28:25 AM
Hi everyone!

Made this blanket for my hubby for his birthday on Friday.  It was incredibly easy, and only took about 1 hr and a half to make.   Grin

One side features his favorite team, FSU Seminoles, and the other side is a really cute paw print design (we're both really into animals).  I basically took the baby blanket pattern and somehow made it large enough to fit a king size bed.

Our cats were "helping" with the project.  Both kept passing out on top of it while I tried to work on it. LoL

Close up of the corner and fringe.  Cool
