2  COOKING / Dessert / NEED HELP! Looking for a recipe-Snickers bars on: October 27, 2012 02:52:13 PM
I went to a christmas party a couple years ago and someone had made bars that tasted similar to snickers.  I KNOW there were pretzels and peanut butter in them and obviously chocolate, but other than that i don't know how she made them.

I don't think they were baked.

The thing I can't understand is how the nougat flavor was made.

They were so darn delicious!

Can anyone help?

Oh, another thing, I called them Snickers bars because they tasted slightly like them, but the woman didn't call them that.  I completely forgot what she called them!

Is the method of using cold porcelain much different from polymer?  I LOVE the look of the porcelain so much and your creations are so darn cute!

What I love about this is that it looks easy-ish but when you really take a closer look you can see how technically difficult it really is to get those colors so PERFECT.  Grats to you, this is a masterpiece!
