Here is my first FO for 2007, the Louisa Harding Easy Peasy Bag.  It was super easy although I had issues with the lining.  Hope you like it.

Check out my blog for more details:

42  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Amy Butler Downtown Bag on: December 25, 2006 08:48:38 AM
Here is my take on the Amy Butler Downtown Bag.  This looks great but was a lot of blood, sweat, and tears for a newbie seamstress.

You can check out my blog for more information at http://nubiancraftster.blogspot.com/2006/12/fo-amy-butler-downtown-purse.html

45  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Tweedy Shedir Hat on: August 20, 2006 04:56:10 PM

Finished my Shedir hat in one week  Shocked which is a milestone for me as the cabling was intense.  It was not without it's pitfalls though and massive head banging at some points Angry but it is done and I also feel good that I busted one ball of stash yarn.  Only a gazillion more to go!  Grin

47  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Lady Eleanor enters the room... on: July 30, 2006 01:13:24 PM

Here is my version of the legendary Lady Eleanor Stole from Scarfstyle knit up in Noro Silk Garden.  She was a great companion for the 3 weeks it took to knit her.  I enjoyed every minute...okay maybe not every minute...of the "not as complicated as it seems" Entrelac pattern.  This pattern is highly recommended.  Now if it wasn't over 95F in the summer I would really be happy  Undecided.

More pictures and details on my blog Kiss
48  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Flora Neckwarmer...Just in time for Christmas on: December 25, 2005 04:24:21 AM

I just finished the Flora pattern from knitty.com just in time for my friend's christmas present  Grin.  We exchanged gifts on Christmas Eve so technically i was a little early even.  You can see her here modeling the finished product.  Although it was a fairly fast knit, it was still interesting, especially the twisted i-cord, and challenging to get done in time.  Take a look and tell me what you think Wink.
