1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / July 2015 ATC Adeventure Update on: July 10, 2015 05:48:46 PM

Here are some of the ATCs I made earlier this year for swaps. As you can see I prefer hand doodled ATCs styles.
Now that I have some extra time on my hands I will be uploading the others as soon as I can.

2  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: I made the Wal-mart ladies mad... with one quick tip! on: March 29, 2015 11:40:53 PM
Wow, good to know tips and I didn't know Wal-Mart had a fabric sale before bringing in new fabric. I'm going to have to check out my local Wal-Mart now.
3  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: Trinksy? on: October 16, 2014 10:13:08 PM
Thanks Adagia520 for your useful advice.

Chris,  I understand what you are saying and yes I have recently gone through esty.com and there is a lot of low quality products that's over price. Also there were some unique high quality products too.  An I know running a business small or large isn't like fishing. Running a business is more like hunting, but with a happy ending for me and the prey (customer).

Just so you guys know I spend 3-4hrs a day just promoting in person and online. Another 4-6hrs designing good and creating them with my small team.  I work on my baby (business) 7days a week.

Thanks again everyone. I have found a solution to my problem and it's not esty. Esty just isn't the place for me.  Cool

PS:
I don't like bragging about myself because everything my business is today is thanks to all the hard works and hours I put into it. So from now on I will leave this site to my hobby crafting only.
4  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Re: Trinksy? on: October 10, 2014 01:17:04 PM
Thanks CraftyChef and  I already do my own promoting.I also have a pretty nice following size of clients. I'm just looking for a cheaper way to own a online storefront without having to build a site myself or go the ebay route.  I'm already linked to a few  mom and pop artisans stores, but lately people been asking if I have a website. Which I do but just setup as a kind of look book only. My goal is to run my business 24/7 and attract customers from all over the world. Thanks again for your advice.

Hello craftsters

I was just wandering if anyone knew of this craft selling site called "Trinksy"?  If so is it better than Etsy? I'm working on lunching a online storefront for the holidays.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Advance Potions & Spells Jounral on: November 06, 2013 11:52:15 PM
Stillatthetop thanks for sharing the info, but I didn't do any of that. I just did what I always do, paper, needle and thread, card stock, nothing fancy. Same way my granny use to do when she was alive. Only I don't make handmade paper like my granny, I have my own method for that too. I started blinding when I got into Zine/pocket manga making in middle school. Since winter break is coming up I might post some handmade paper sheets.  Smiley

10  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Hippogriff Hatchling on: November 02, 2013 10:11:47 PM
I didnt use a pattern I made him up as I went along. It was very tricky because I had to try and create a plush I had never done before. I didnt use a pattern I made him as I went along, changing what I didnt like and keeping the parts I did. This went on for a week until I was happy with the end results. Then I packed him up for his new home. Smiley
