LOL. I even made brooms! But alas no dressing up as a witch....I am that already during the year! Smiley (just kidding)

Probably could have just added this one with my witch shoes but oh well...

So I came across a craft that someone did that I just loved! She took some old shoes and turned them into witch shoes that held candy. Well I don't want mine to hold candy. They were not my shoes...I just got them really really cheap. I am planning on doing an upside down witch and using them for that.

Anywho! Mine are no where as good as the ones I saw but I still think they turned out pretty well...

Think so?

Here are a few pictures of me making them...

These were very ugly shoes!

All I did was put some tin foil on the tips to make the curl and I cut a piece of cardboard out and taped it to the back making it pointy. I paper mached it and then painted! Easy as 1 2 3!

Wow that is CRAZY!!! They are so easy and cheap to make!

I used felt. They were a pain in the butt to cut out all of them but I like how it looks so it was worth it! I started off using a pattern but then just kind of started doing it by hand so not all of them would look the same.

They look great! I will have to make some for my porch for the Halloween party. Our light is out on that side and I was trying to figure out lighting for the porch for the smokers! Smiley Thanks!

Ok so October is almost here...YAY!!! I LOVE Halloween. And for the first time, me and my boyfriend are throwing a party! WOOHOOO!

This of course means lots of homemade Halloween things, and lets be honest here, homemade Halloween decorations are 100 times better than the store bought. Am I right or am I right?

So I posted the big spiderweb I put up last year, which is already up for this year and I have been sooo busy lately that I have only really had time to work on some small decorations, except for the huge reaper we have been making since August, which sould be done soon (hopefully).

I will be posting quite a bit I do believe! Smiley

So without further ado, here is my witches broom!! Smiley

(Please overlook the cat bowl and the box)
