2  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / Re: donkey toothpick holder on: July 10, 2012 06:11:59 AM
Thank you both for the comments. I gave this to my sister for her birthday and she loves it! She loves donkeys. She said that she put it in a special place to keep it safe because I told her it was fragile....especially the ears. Makes me wish I had a kiln, they are really expensive!
3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / donkey toothpick holder on: July 06, 2012 09:48:04 AM
I created this toothpick holder (holder) for my sister for her birthday. This is made of air dry clay and I have no access to a kiln so it is very delicate. I couldn't tell you how many times I have fixed the tail! Anyway here it is...
4  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: clay rose wall hanging on: June 24, 2012 03:37:11 AM
I just wanted to thank you all for your comments and encouragement. This really is my first try with this, although I have had the clay for a long time. Does anyone know what the difference is between the bake stuff and the air dry? Besides the obvious of course. Does it work different?

7  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / fall wire wrapped tree on: May 11, 2012 04:39:56 AM
I have seen some perfectly beautiful wire wrapped trees on this site but I thought I would get the views of my friends here on my version of a fall wire wrapped tree. Your opinions are very welcome and any tips are appreciated.

9  Archive of Past Craftster Challenge Entries / CHALLENGE 74 ENTRIES / Mother's Day Gift within a Gift on: May 01, 2012 11:26:43 AM
This is my first ever entry. The fairy garden is a first try for me as well as the butterflies. The rocks are real..from my back yard. The butterflies are also a first. I made them using paper and glue, the reason it is a gift within a gift is because the butterflies are also lapel pins. Since my mother passed away last year, I will be giving this garden/pins to my oldest sister for mother's day this year. I am sorry that I don't have all of the before and after pictures.
