21  Mother's Day Gift (inexpensive) for little fingers to make for mom (or grandma) in Mother's Day by ommilay on: April 28, 2012 09:55:26 AM
This is an easy way to make little potpurri sachets for mom or grandma for mother's day- you send kiddos out to collect flowers and leaves- dry them, then scent them with baby oil and your favorite scent- and dole out into sachets. Gift done! Like this.

all about methodology, not so much spices. Dice and spice, bake at 350 for 30 minutes on foil, then broil for 2-3 minutes. Healthy, cheap, delicious!!!

23  Baby girl bikini onesie- just fabric paint and a little ribbon! in Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects by ommilay on: April 14, 2012 12:37:38 PM
I used masking tape to make out the form of the bikini, then painted red fabric paint in the pattern- let dry, added polka dots, then rick rack and little bows sewed on for a bit of pizz azz

I cannot lie- I am all sorts of impressed with my-self on this one.

25  Fun- Choclate fountain strawberries without the chocolate fountain! in Dessert by ommilay on: April 08, 2012 05:42:40 PM
Moved from: https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?board=331.0

This is a fun, but easy idea- take everything you love on a chocolate fountain and put it together as  one handy dessert! Chocolate, marshmallows, cookies, and, of course, strawberries! Makes an elegant dessert for a large party (since they can be prepped easily before hand)

I gave a bunch to my neighbors... they were all impressed. Wink

28  Great Gifts Idea: Sugar scrub in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by ommilay on: March 31, 2012 10:51:18 AM
This is easy, because you can do it just with stuff in your cupboard! Plus, might I add, rather inexpensive, something I'm a fan of.

*Brown sugar
*Cinnamon/nutmeg blend

I like mine in individual bags to use with no mess. Just keep them in a bowl on your bathroom countertop and use whenever your hands need a little extra softening.
More details below!

Easy- 5 ingredients in a crust and throw it in the freezer!
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 8 oz tub whipped topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 oz cream cheese

AND graham cracker pie crust

Mix everything but the cream cheese with a blender (make sure peanut butter and cream cheese are softened) until smooth.

Melt the chocolate and spread 3/4 of it on the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust. Pour the filling on top.

Drizzle rest of chocolate on top. Throw in the freezer for 1 hour and enjoy!

Step-by-step with pictures for each step if you get lost
